These Terms of Service govern your use of Kingsfold Brevity websites, educational content, calculators, indicators, memberships, downloads, and related services. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Educational use only
Kingsfold Brevity provides educational and analytical tools. Nothing provided is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; a brokerage service; or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including possible loss of principal. Past or hypothetical examples do not guarantee future results.
Accounts, memberships, and billing
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Paid memberships renew at the price and interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed through WordPress.com and Stripe. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the account or purchase-management method provided at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the current paid period unless a payment is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
Indicator access and license
Paid indicator access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and available only while the related membership remains eligible. You may not share access, credentials, source code, paid documentation, or member-only material; resell or redistribute the service; bypass access controls; copy substantial portions of the product; or represent Kingsfold material as your own. Access may require an exact TradingView username and may be granted or removed manually.
Availability and product changes
Features, presets, documentation, pricing, and third-party integrations may change. Kingsfold Brevity does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every market or device, a specific number of signals, or continued support by third-party platforms. Planned or unreleased features are not guaranteed until expressly released.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services unlawfully; attempt to compromise the site or another account; submit malicious code; scrape or automate access in a manner that harms the service; impersonate another person; or use the service to mislead others about performance or financial outcomes.
Disclaimers and responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk limits, taxes, regulatory obligations, and use of third-party platforms. Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Kingsfold Brevity is not responsible for market losses, missed opportunities, platform outages, data errors, or decisions made from educational material.
Termination and updates
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, fraud, credential sharing, misuse, or violation of these terms. These terms may be updated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
