Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

This policy applies to Kingsfold Brevity digital memberships, invite-only indicator access, guides, courses, and other paid digital products unless a checkout page states different terms.

Monthly membership cancellation

Kingsfold Pro renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel through the WordPress.com account or purchase-management method associated with your subscription. Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and eligible indicator or member access may remain active until that date.

Refund requests

A customer may request a refund of the first Kingsfold Pro membership payment within seven calendar days of the initial charge. Renewal payments and partial billing periods are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Duplicate, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect charges should also be reported within seven calendar days so they can be reviewed promptly.

Access after a refund or reversal

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or not successfully completed, related member benefits and TradingView access may be removed immediately. When a normal cancellation is not accompanied by a refund, access is generally maintained through the paid-through date.

How to request help

Use the Contact & Support page and include your name, purchase email, transaction date, product, and a brief explanation. Never send a full payment-card number, bank password, TradingView password, or other sensitive credentials. Kingsfold Brevity may request limited information needed to locate and verify the transaction.

Processing and mandatory rights

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor and may take additional business days to appear. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. WordPress.com, Stripe, app stores, or other payment providers may apply separate processing or refund rules where they control the transaction.
